Overview
We're looking for a creative, proactive, and trend-driven Marketing Associate / Marketing Coordinator who can transform complex immigration updates into engaging content that informs and connects with our audience.

Responsibilities
- Monitor Canadian immigration news, policy changes, and industry trends daily.
- Research trending topics and identify opportunities to create timely, engaging content.
- Develop creative content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Write scripts for short-form videos, educational reels, carousels, captions.
- Collaborate closely with video editors and graphic designers to bring content ideas to life.
- Plan and manage the content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
- Brainstorm innovative marketing campaigns that increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Coordinate content production from idea to publication.
- Ensure all content aligns with D2V Immigration's brand voice and maintains factual accuracy.
- Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within immigration or related industries.

Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in marketing, content creation, communications, or social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and copywriting abilities.
- Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to take ownership of projects from concept to execution.
Assets (Preferred but Not Required)
- Experience in the Canadian immigration industry.
- Experience writing educational or informational content.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Studio, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other creative tools.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT to enhance content creation and productivity.

Pay: $39,485.01-$67,881.81 per year
