Digital Sales Representative Opportunity

The Role
As a Digital Sales Representative, you are responsible for managing and converting all inbound opportunities across digital channels.
You will engage with customers through phone, email, and video, setting appointments, building value, and ensuring every lead is handled with speed and professionalism.
Compensation & Schedule
Compensation: On Target Earnings of $70,000 to $100,000+ based on uncapped commission
Schedule: 40 hour work week with a rotating schedule including evenings and Saturdays
Your income is driven by your ability to convert opportunities, supported by strong processes, leadership, and inventory access.

What You’ll Do
- Respond to all inbound internet leads quickly and effectively
- Connect with customers via phone, text, and email to build rapport and identify needs
- Create personalized video responses using Snapcell to enhance engagement
- Set and confirm appointments with a focus on showroom traffic and conversions
- Maintain consistent follow-up with all prospects using CRM tools
- Work closely with the sales team and managers to ensure seamless handoff and deal progression
- Leverage inventory across the group to match customers with the right vehicle
- Track activity, appointments, and results daily to meet performance targets
- Deliver a professional and energetic customer experience at every touchpoint
What You Bring
- Strong communication skills with confidence on the phone and in digital channels
- A sense of urgency and ability to respond quickly to opportunities
- Sales experience in automotive or other industries is an asset
- Comfort with video communication and digital engagement tools
- Strong organizational skills and CRM discipline
- A competitive mindset with a team-first attitude
- OMVIC certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays
