Experience
- Proven experience in kitchen management within quick service, fast food, or casual dining environments.
- Strong culinary skills with a background in leadership.
- Demonstrated ability in team management, including interviewing and training new staff members.
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on training & development of kitchen personnel.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the food industry.
