Job Description: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a sharp mindset, and proficiency in computer systems, including SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Process orders, manage data entry, and maintain accurate records in SAP.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications via phone, email, or chat.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and prompt issue resolution.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or similar role.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in SAP and other relevant applications.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Smart, resourceful, and able to make sound decisions independently.
Additional Details:
- Training Period: Days for 2 weeks
- Home Shift Timing: 10am to 6pm (Full-time) -must be flexible to work 3 weeks on afternoon shift or more when required.
Hourly Wage: $22.50
