Fresco Cleaners is looking for reliable and detail-oriented subcontractor cleaners to join our growing team. We service a variety of commercial properties, including office buildings, condominiums, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and other professional environments.

Responsibilities
- Complete all assigned cleaning tasks according to Fresco Cleaners' checklists and company standards.
- Follow proper cleaning techniques and procedures to ensure a consistent, high-quality finish.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing Fresco Cleaners.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or supply shortages.
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly.
- Complete work within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality.
- Follow all health and safety policies, including WHMIS guidelines.
- Communicate promptly with management regarding attendance, schedule changes, or site concerns.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional commercial cleaning experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel independently between job sites.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, including bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods.
- Must be legally eligible to work as a subcontractor in Canada.
