Summary
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, community partners, healthcare professionals, and families to promote our home healthcare services. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in networking, enjoys building meaningful relationships, and is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners
- Generate new client referrals and business opportunities through networking and outreach
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and community visits
- Represent the company at community events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Educate referral partners and families about our services
- Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with prospective clients and partners
- Collaborate with the internal care team to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience
- Track outreach efforts, referrals, and sales activity using internal tracking tools
- Identify opportunities for business growth and community partnerships
- Maintain a strong understanding of company services, industry trends, and competitor offerings
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, business development, healthcare marketing, or community outreach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with in-person networking and presentations
- Ability to take initiative
- Ability to to stay motivated and work independently
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, home care, senior services, or medical sales
- Existing relationships within the healthcare or community sector
- Understanding of the local healthcare landscape and referral processes
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
