We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Video Monitoring Manager to lead our monitoring team and ensure the highest standards of safety, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction. This is a Salaried position ranging between 44,000 per year to 54,000 per year depending on experience. This will also be evenings, overnights and occasional weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of video monitoring operators to ensure exceptional performance.
- Oversee daily operations of the video monitoring center, ensuring all systems are functioning effectively.
- Monitor live and recorded video feeds for potential security incidents and respond promptly.
- Develop and implement operational procedures, performance metrics, and best practices.
- Collaborate with clients, management, and field teams to address security concerns and improve service.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest video monitoring technology and industry trends.
- Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in security, video monitoring, or related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick, informed decisions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
