We’re currently seeking a RIBO Licensed Commercial Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative who is passionate about client service and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional day-to-day customer service to our commercial clients by taking in-bound calls and prompt response to client’s request.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals efficiently.
- Prepare submissions, applications, proposals, and certificates of insurance.
- Review policy and renewal documents for accuracy prior to the delivery to clients.
- Maintain professional relationships with insurers and underwriters.
- Collaborate with and support producers in all aspects of account management & client service.
- Handle in-bound & out-bound calls, submissions, and mail/emails promptly and professionally.
- Conduct client reviews to ensure coverages meet client’s need and underwriting guidelines.
- Identify and cross-sell additional insurance products at every opportunity while adhering to underwriting guidelines.
- Foster client loyalty through attention to detail and strong relationship building.
- Stay current on all company procedures and industry changes.
Qualification
- Currently holds a RIBO license in good standing.
- 2+ years of commercial Lines account management/service experience preferably in a brokerage environment.
- Familiarity with Power Broker (considered an asset).
- Being in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment brings out the best in you. You are always able to prioritize efficiently which allows you to exceed client expectations.
- Working collaboratively and building relationships comes easy and is a key part of what has made you successful in your past roles.
