As we expand into the Canadian market, we are opening our first Ontario office and building a local sales team from the ground up. What You’ll Do
Phase 1: Technical Foundation
- Learn about our security and surveillance systems through hands-on technical support training
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide product solutions
- Develop deep product knowledge to build credibility
Phase 2: Territory Sales & Account Growth:
- Prospect and develop new B2B accounts through calls, networking, and field visits
- Build strong relationships with installers, contractors, and commercial clients
- Conduct on-site meetings, demos, and solution consultations
- Prepare quotes, negotiate, close deals, and manage pipeline in CRM
- Grow your territory and consistently achieve sales targets
Qualifications
- Associate degree or above
- Experience in B2B sales is preferred
- Experience in security, low-voltage, electronics, or distribution sales is a plus
- Organized and able to manage multiple accounts
- Bilingual in English and French is considered a strong asset

Job Type: Full-time, onsite
Salary Range: Base Salary CAD$38,000 - $50,000, with commission
Location: Our Canadian office location is currently being finalized around Scarborough. The successful candidate should be willing to work on-site and may be consulted during the office selection process.
