Job Description:
We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to support daily office operations and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Perfect for someone professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage multi-line phone systems, direct calls, and take accurate messages
- Provide customer support and assist with client inquiries
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing paperwork
- Prepare basic invoices and assist with order processing
- Put together customer order forms and documentation
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with filing, data entry, and general office coordination

Details:
