The Department
The Department of Nursing Education and Health Studies offers the Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is housed in the state of the art Health Education Centre located inside the award winning Grande Prairie Regional Hospital.
The Role
The School of Health is seeking two part time sessionals or one full time sessional Health Sciences Instructor with the ability to teach health sciences courses from August 15, 2026 to April 30, 2027.

Job Requirements:
We are seeking two part-time or one full-time sessional instructor roles in the School of Health to teach health sciences courses. A Masters degree in Nursing, Health Science, Biology, or a closely related field is required, with a preference given to candidates holding a PhD, MD, or NP credential.
This position will include classes in the fall and winter semesters, with the possibility of spring courses. The courses of instruction may include Anatomy, Physiology, Microbiology, Pathophysiology, and Pharmacology.
Final candidates for this position will be asked to undergo a security screening.
