We’re a busy, well-established automotive machine shop in Burnaby, BC looking for an experienced Automotive Machinist to join our team.
What we’re looking for:✔ Automotive Machinist ticket or equivalent experience✔ Experience with cylinder heads, engine blocks, crankshafts, connecting rods, or general engine machining✔ Someone who takes pride in quality work and wants to be part of a solid team
What we offer: $40–$50+ per hour (depending on experience)
Moving allowance available for the right candidate
Full-time, year-round work in beautiful Burnaby, BC
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Inspect, measure, and machine engine components to precise specifications
Set up and operate machining equipment.
Rebuild and recondition cylinder heads, engine blocks, and rotating assemblies. Fly Wheels etc.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures
Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and timely completion of jobs
