Position Overview
MICA Trails is seeking an organized, motivated, and community-oriented Summer Operations Coordinator to support daily operations throughout the summer season. This role involves a combination of administration, customer service, event coordination, trail maintenance, and social media management.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable interacting with volunteers, clients, and the public
- Mountain biking experience is considered an asset, but is not mandatory
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administration and operations
- Coordinate events, volunteers, clients, and summer staff
- Oversee customer service and safety protocols
- Assist with management of the rental fleet
- Create and manage advertisements and content on social media
- Support trail maintenance and upkeep
- Attend and report at MICA board meetings
Pay: $1,000.00 per week
