Due to rapid growth and a high volume of accounts, we are currently seeking Legal Collection Officers to join our team immediately.

What You’ll Do
- Contact customers/debtors to arrange payment and negotiate solutions
- Monitor accounts and track payment progress
- Resolve billing and collection issues professionally and efficiently
- Act as the first point of contact for basic inquiries
- Maintain accurate account notes and documentation
- Use online tools/skip tracing to locate customers with outdated contact information
- Update accounts with new information and next steps
- Achieve individual and team collection targets.
- Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions, both internal and external
- Show respect toward customers, colleagues, and partners, even in challenging situations.
- Exhibit strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability as part of our high‑performance team.
