We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Technical Coordinator to support transformer diagnostic insulating fluid analysis, and reporting activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analytical work, thrives in a dynamic environment, and takes pride in producing accurate, professional technical documentation.
You will work closely with a senior technical specialist, supporting daily workflows including sample processing, data entry, report preparation, client communication, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Insulating Fluid Analysis & Reporting:

Process insulating fluid samples and field inspection sheets for laboratory testing

Finalize inspection sheets and update the transformer comprehensive spreadsheet

Accurately enter laboratory data into TOA4 analyzing software
-
Create individual result summaries for each sample

Assist in preparing quotes, reports, and correspondence

Help develop and maintain a target list of DGA clients

Manage project-related documentation and ensure organized file structures are maintained

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency
Operational & Client Support:

Coordinate sampling kits, shipping, and logistics with clients and field staff

Interact with clients in a courteous, professional, and timely manner

Provide technical support for field issues as required

Support internal technical initiatives, including preparing “lessons learned” content for Tech Talks

Perform various other duties as required to support the technical team

Electrical Engineering Technology Diploma
-
Experience working in an engineering or field services environment is an asset

Experience using TOA4 software is an asset

Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
