Optimum Wellness Centres is looking for a motivated and patient-focused Kinesiologist to join our growing multidisciplinary healthcare team. This is a great opportunity to work alongside Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, and Acupuncturists in a collaborative environment focused on delivering comprehensive care under one roof.
Our Kinesiologists play an important role in helping patients recover from injury, improve mobility, and build long-term strength and resilience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with patients, developing personalized rehabilitation plans, and guiding patients through therapeutic exercise and assisted stretch therapy programs.

Responsibilities
- Perform functional and biomechanical assessments to evaluate strength, mobility, posture, and movement patterns
- Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation and corrective exercise programs
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and assisted stretch therapy sessions to improve flexibility, mobility, and recovery
- Support patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries through progressive exercise programming
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes
- Educate patients on injury prevention, movement mechanics, posture, and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely charting within our electronic medical record system (EMR)
- Collaborate with Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, and other practitioners to coordinate patient care
- Provide exceptional patient experience through compassionate, professional communication
Qualifications
- Registered Kinesiologist in Alberta
- Registration with a relevant professional association
- Strong understanding of exercise prescription, rehabilitation, mobility training, and movement mechanics
- Experience or interest in assisted stretch therapy, mobility work, and corrective exercise programming
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is an asset
- Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced clinic setting
