Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment. This position is a sub/casual position, covering in different classrooms and different shifts as needed.
This role involves implementing educational activities, and nurturing the social and emotional well-being of each child. The Early Childhood Teacher will work collaboratively with parents and staff to ensure that each child's individual needs are met.

o Sign children in and out of TimeSavr
o Sign yourself in and out of TimeSavr
o Implement activities that are developmentally appropriate, and child led.
o Support planning as a team
o Document observations
o Documentation (learning stories/documentation panels)
o Implement daily chores & duties (room cleaning & organization)
o Ensure that licensing regulations are being upheld.
o Ensure that accreditation standards are being upheld
o Meet program expectations.
o Communicate with families
o Be profession in conversations with coworkers, children, families, dress code, cellphones, gossiping.
o Be supportive to your classroom team as well as the centre team as a whole
o Know emergency procedures (fire drill, natural disasters & lock downs)

Pay: $17.00-$27.62 per hour
