We are seeking a resourceful, motivated, person with a passion for exceptional customer service to support our industrial supply sales team. This role involves:
-taking inbound calls and emails from customers from customers in Nunavut and northern Manitoba
-sourcing products from surrounding warehouses and on-line catalogues
-providing exceptional customer service using critical thinking and multi-tasking abilities
We want someone with background knowledge of heavy-duty parts, industrial supplies including tools, products and disposables such as: cutting tools, abrasives, fasteners, hose and fittings, material handling products, safety and hardware, lubricants, bearings, gaskets, gauges, cleaning and shop supplies.

The remuneration structure for this role is a full 40/hr work week at 13 Penner Road and is based on experience.
