About The Role:
Bethany is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Human Resources Assistant for an 8-week summer position, working 35 hours per week.
This role is funded through the Canada Summer Jobs Program and offers an opportunity to gain practical experience supporting a variety of human resource functions. To be eligible, candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 30.
You will report to the Human Resources Manager and will be responsible for a range of duties. You will learn about Bethany’s philosophy and processes and what it’s like to work with residents on a one-on-one basis. Your main priority will be to assist in enhancing the resident’s quality of life.
What You Will Do:
Some of these duties will include:
Active member of the ticketing system and processes all transactions in a timely manner.
Inputs all Licensing & Compliance documents
Supports the HR Coordinator with High Volume Recruitment
Processes Status Change Forms Processes all site transfers
Processes all hiring and termination forms in the HRIS system
Supports Annual Audits
Supports reporting of data to HR Leaders as requested
