Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will support dentists in providing exceptional patient care, ensuring smooth clinical operations, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Experience with Tracker dental software is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during various procedures, including exams, restorations, and surgery treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available
- Take and develop dental radiographs
- Provide pre- and post-operative instructions to patients
- Support front desk duties as a dental receptionist when needed, including scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards
- Assist with laboratory procedures related to dental appliances
Experience
- Prior experience in dental assisting is preferred
- Must be HARP certified
- Must have valid CPR certificate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
