Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas to ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities
Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards. Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities.
Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms. Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and room damages.
Restock housekeeping carts and cleaning supplies.
Ensure all assigned rooms are completed within required timeframes.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
Provide friendly and professional service to guests when required.
Assist with laundry and public area cleaning as needed.
Qualifications
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg).
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Schedule Day shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Weekend availability is required.
