Job Type: Hardscape/Landscape & Snow Removal Operations Manager
Duration of Work: Full Time/Permanent
Reporting To: Operations Manager
Starting salary: $ 60,000/year plus bonus
About Us: We are a premium landscape maintenance, snow removal and hardscape company specializing in commercial residential properties throughout the GTA.
General Description: Our Operations Manager is directly responsible for ensuring all employees are clearly communicated on expectations on a daily basis and that all work performed is done to specifications and to the highest standard. This individual must have minimum 5 years of hardscape, landscape and snow removal experience, must know how to operate all landscape and heavy equipment proficiently. This role requires the right individual to plan, oversee and execute all aspects of special projects which could include, installation of pavers, retaining walls, planting, sod installation, etc. Must be well organized and have a strong handle on executing work safely and on time.
Skills and Qualifications:
· 5 Years of Hardscape, Landscape Maintenance & Snow Removal
· Well – Organized and Great Communicator
· Excellent Customer Service
· Experience using all equipment: Skid Steers, Excavators, Plows, Landscape Equipment, etc
· ***Must have hardscaping experience.***
· Team Player
· Detail Oriented and Efficient
· Punctual
· Clean Driving Record
Responsibilities:
· Planning and execution of all special projects
· Management of daily tasks
· Review all tasks performed by employees and correct when necessary
· Work along side team to execute daily tasks
· Report any improvement/deficiencies to Owners
· Write daily maintenance reports
· Equipment Maintenance
