Cleaner & Office Assistant

The Aquino Group is looking for a reliable, organized, and trustworthy Cleaner & Office Assistant to support our dealer group with a variety of cleaning, errands, and general assistant duties.
This is a hands-on, flexible role for someone who takes pride in keeping spaces clean, organized, and running smoothly. The successful candidate will assist with interior cleaning at our dealership locations, help with errands and day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties, including:
- Cleaning interior areas of dealership locations
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and general tidying
- Cleaning offices, showrooms, lunchrooms, washrooms, and common areas
- Keeping supplies organized and notifying management when items need to be restocked
- Running errands such as picking up supplies, dropping off items, or assisting with small day-to-day tasks
- Helping keep spaces clean, organized, and presentable for staff, customers, and visitors
- Assisting with light administrative or organizational tasks when needed
- Other general assistant duties as required
Requirements
- Valid driver’s licence required
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Trustworthy, professional, and respectful
- Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Comfortable working across multiple locations
- Organized, dependable, and willing to help where needed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Flexible availability considered an asset
