Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resort. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the overall quality of the resort experience.
Duties
- Supervise and lead resort staff, including front desk personnel, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure high standards of guest services are maintained at all times.
- Manage daily operations, including activities, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations while ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience in a hospitality or hotel environment is essential.
- Strong background in customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management within a resort, apartment or hotel setting.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone etiquette is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in human resources or team leadership roles is advantageous.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
