Our client, a Fortune 500 and world leader in digital marketing, is growing its Canadian team of full-time Inside Sales Associates. Join our client's team and get a chance to work and learn from experts of marketing and upselling.
As a sales associate, you will be supporting our client's self-service advertising customer base through chat, email, and phone support. You will be helping small/medium sized businesses to optimize their advertising goals by understanding what is working (and not working) for them and offering advice and implementing customized solutions to help them potentially see improved results and become more confident in using the platform.

Duties will include:
- Developing relationships with the advertiser over several calls throughout the quarter.
- Metrics: Pitching a solution/products on the platform
- Perform follow-ups on incidents with advertisers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Receive and log internal and/or external customer problem/request/issues ensuring accurate documentation
- Perform troubleshooting/problem identification following defined procedures to resolve correctly
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the advertiser-specific business environment
You will receive ongoing training and development to ensure you have all the necessary skills to navigate through our systems to find the solutions and/or the products that best suit our customers. We are there when our customers need us so you will have the ability to work a flexible schedule.
Basic Qualification
- Basic Qualifications: Sales Experience: At least 1-year sales experience.
- Overall Work Experience: 3 Years Work Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- HS Diploma or GED Min 1-yr customer service
Preferred Qualifications:
BPO experience preferred.
- Outbound sales experience.
- Prior inside sales experience with emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling.
- Has quota-based sales experience with sales impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion. Interest in expanding industry/vertical knowledge through training and certifications. Commitment to in-depth, structured sales training and processes.
- Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving needs to help clients grow their business on the advertising platform. Highly motivated with strong attention to detail and follow-through, eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving needs to help clients grow their business. Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment.
Skill Requirements:
Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing.
- Experienced and excellent at building relationships and multi-touch cross/upselling over the course of a relationship.
- Experience working with customers from North America.
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, with a solutions mindset and passion for customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional grammar, typing accuracy, and writing skills.
- Professional sales skills with a strong phone presence solutions mindset and helping nature.
- Proficiency in computer skills, specifically multitasking across multiple programs concurrently.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm; may be scheduled on some weekends and some holidays. Shift bids in place to determine which shift you get based on performance metrics.
Duration: 12 months contract with possibility of extension or permanent hire after 4 months
Hourly Pay Rate: $20.43 per hour + one time Bonus
