Manufacturing Specialist

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the manufacturing of precast concrete products
- Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently
- Follow quality control procedures to ensure the highest product standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in concrete manufacturing or construction is an asset, but not required
- Experience operating a forklift
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
