We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team.
Position Summary
The Sales Representative plays a key role in driving studio growth by generating new memberships, booking prospective members into introductory classes, and providing outstanding service to current members. This individual will work closely with the General Manager to achieve membership sales goals while creating a welcoming and positive experience for every client.
Pilates or fitness industry experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about sales, relationship-building, and helping people achieve their wellness goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the sales process from lead generation through follow-up and closing
- Book prospective clients into Intro Classes
- Conduct studio tours and build relationships with prospective members
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate membership options
- Achieve individual membership sales goals and performance targets
- Promote retail products, private training, and teacher training programs
- Maintain accurate records using ClubReady software
- Follow up with leads through phone, email, text, and in-person communication
- Support member retention efforts by providing exceptional customer service
- Participate in community outreach events, health fairs, grand openings, and local marketing initiatives
- Represent Club Pilates professionally and positively within the community
- Continuously develop and improve sales skills
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable learning and utilizing ClubReady software and other technology platforms
- Proficient computer skills, including email and basic office software
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods throughout the workday
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel occasionally if required
- Fitness, wellness, or Pilates industry experience is an asset but not required
