We are a rapidly expanding, Canada-based jewelry brand, originating in Winnipeg, MB, and now bringing our stylish and affordable pieces to Cornwall Centre in Regina. We're on a mission to expand across North America, and we're looking for a talented Store Manager to lead our Regina location.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and scheduling.
- Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for every customer.
- Train and develop team members to maximize their potential.
- Maintain store appearance and adhere to brand standards.
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive performance.
- Handle cash management and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Represent the brand in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
