Manzil Restaurant at Kismet Estate Winery
Manzil Restaurant is seeking polished, professional, and hospitality driven servers to join our team. As part of a family owned winery estate, we are committed to delivering warm, attentive service and creating memorable guest experiences in a refined and welcoming setting.
In this role, you will guide guests through their dining experience with confidence and care, offering thoughtful menu and beverage recommendations, taking orders accurately, and ensuring service is seamless from arrival to departure. We are looking for individuals who are poised in a fast paced environment, communicate with professionalism, and take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail oriented, and collaborative, with a genuine passion for service and guest experience. Previous serving experience is an asset, though strong hospitality instincts, professionalism, and a polished presence are equally valued.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing attentive, professional, and gracious service throughout the guest experience
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Delivering food and beverages with care and attention to detail
- Offering knowledgeable menu guidance and thoughtful recommendations
- Working closely with both front and back of house to ensure smooth service
- Completing opening, closing, and side duties to standard
- Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and high service standards throughout each shift
