Now Hiring: Dishwashers, Line Cooks & Prep Cooks
We are looking for motivated and dependable kitchen professionals to join our team. We are hiring across multiple roles, offering opportunities for both experienced cooks and those looking to grow in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Dishwasher
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, cutlery, glassware, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks (washing, peeling, chopping, portioning ingredients) as directed
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations, storage areas, walk-ins, and prep areas
- Remove garbage and recycling regularly, ensure waste areas remain clean and organized
- Sweep, mop, and maintain floors to ensure a safe and sanitary working environment
- Support chefs and cooks with tasks as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Receive and properly store deliveries
- Ensure all hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met
- Follow direction from the Chef and respond to kitchen needs in real time
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure
- Physically able to lift up to 50lbs and transfer heavy and hot items
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and potential overtime
- Strong team player with good communication skills
Line Cook
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Set up and maintain assigned station for service
- Ensure food quality, portioning, and presentation meet expectations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work area
- Assist with prep tasks and closing duties
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Team player with a positive attitude
Prep Cook
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients (chopping, portioning, sauces, etc.)
- Support cooks by ensuring stations are stocked and ready
- Follow recipes and prep lists accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or food prep experience is an asset
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and safely
- Reliable and team-oriented

Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
