Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the front desk operations at Hidden Valley Resort. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage front desk staff, and maintain smooth daily operations. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality service. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse clientele effectively.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries, and provide accurate information promptly.
- Ensure all guest interactions adhere to professional phone etiquette and hospitality standards.
- Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Train new team members on front desk protocols, customer service standards, and hotel policies.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk environment, including managing reservations and guest records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong customer service background with demonstrated ability to handle diverse guest needs.
- Experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing excellent phone etiquette.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to communicate effectively with a diverse guest base.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
