Position: Estimator / Salesperson
Company: High Five Painting
Location: London, Ontario + surrounding areas (1.5-hour radius)
Compensation Structure: Commission Only (8% on sales with additional 5% on self-generated jobs, plus performance bonuses)

Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site evaluations to gather accurate project information
- Utilize our estimating software to generate detailed quotes on-site
- Guide clients through the sales process and close deals effectively (target 35-50% close rate)
- Assist in lead generation through cold calling and door-to-door efforts when not conducting estimates
- Collaborate with production and admin teams to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and/or estimating (painting industry experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with accuracy in estimating
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate to close
- Willingness to prospect (cold calling, door-to-door outreach)
- Familiarity with quoting tools and estimating software
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
