JOB DESCRIPTION: SHUTTLE DRIVER
Job Title: Shuttle Driver
Department: Golf Operations
Department Head: Director of Golf Operations
Job Summary:The Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely transporting clients to and from the White Squirrel Golf Club while providing superior service. Drivers must have good communication skills, both oral and written, to interact with other team members as well as the public they serve. Commitment, patience, maturity, and initiative are required qualities.
Responsibilities:
Guest Service:
- Safely transport clients to and from the White Squirrel Golf Club.
- Provide superior customer service to all clients.
- Assist clients with boarding and disembarking the shuttle as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a positive experience.
Equipment Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean and organized shuttle vehicle.
- Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to management promptly.
Team Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate shuttle operations.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by the Director of Golf
Compliance & Safety:
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Keep accurate records of trips and client interactions.
- Report any incidents or safety concerns to management immediately.

Certifications Required:
- Class B or F Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit for extended periods while driving the shuttle vehicle.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and assist clients in boarding and disembarking the vehicle.
- Must occasionally lift or move items up to 50 pounds, such as luggage or golf bags.
- Ability to bend, stoop, or kneel as needed when assisting clients or inspecting the vehicle.
- Requires the use of hands and arms for driving and operating vehicle controls.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Hours:
- This roles is a casual on-demand position and is scheduled for shifts only when shuttle services are required by guests.
- Shuttle Driver will be responsible for transporting guests who are visiting both the Golf Course & the Restaurant
- Golf Course hours fluctuate based on sunlight from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm
- Restaurant Guest Hours are: 11:00 am to 9:00 pm
- Shuttle Driver hours can range from: 6:00 am to 1:00 am
- Days, Evenings, Weekends, Holidays
