Looking for experienced mechanics comfortable with Heavy Equipment and Light Duty vehicles. 14/14 or 14/7 day rotation. Experienced apprentices welcome to apply.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will have experience and competence in off road equipment and automotive repair.
Duties:
- Confer with the Maintenance Supervisor regarding all repairs and the extent of repairs required.
- Complete preventative maintenance inspections.
- Check or diagnose equipment to evaluate performance and to detect faults, breaks, or malfunctions.
- Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that repairs have been completed to acceptable standards.
- Create and maintain service records
-Assist in ordering and management of parts, supplies and tools
-Use Google Workspace for work related correspondence and other tasks
OTHER CRITERIA
-must be motivated to work and adaptable
-prepared for the issues related to flying in and out for work, (travel from the nearest airport included)
- must be comfortable in remote settings where work may be outside in extreme conditions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
