Run the jobs. Lead the team. Leave the business headaches to us.
Mill Creek Painters is one of Northern Alberta’s fastest-growing painting companies, with locations in Grande Prairie, Edmonton, and Calgary. We have more work than we can keep up with and are looking for an experienced Painting Supervisor to help lead our Grande Prairie operations.

You focus on delivering great work and leading people.
We’ll keep the schedule full.

- Have extensive professional painting experience (typically 7-10+ years), including commercial painting and crew leadership.
- Have led crews or managed projects
- Are organized and dependable

- Professional residential and/or commercial painting experience
- Experience with spraying is an asset

Why Join Mill Creek?

With us you’ll get:
- Consistent, year-round work
- No advertising or sales required
- No chasing invoices or collecting payments
