We're currently hiring for the following positions:
Canine Coach
Are you passionate about dog training and helping dogs reach their full potential? We're looking for patient, compassionate, and motivated Canine Coaches who believe in positive reinforcement training and enjoy building lasting relationships with both dogs and their owners.
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions.
- Teach basic obedience and behavior modification using positive reinforcement methods.
- Develop customized training plans based on each dog's needs.
- Coach pet parents on how to reinforce training at home.
- Monitor progress and adjust training techniques as needed.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
- Ensure every dog is treated with kindness, respect, and compassion.
Qualifications
- Experience in dog training, canine behavior, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of positive reinforcement training methods.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Comfortable working with dogs of all breeds, ages, and temperaments.
- Reliable, patient, and eager to continue learning.
Front Desk Coordinator
Our Front Desk Coordinator is the first smile our pet parents see when they walk through the door. We're looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, organized, and thrives in a busy environment. If you love working with people, have strong sales and customer service skills, and can confidently juggle multiple tasks, this could be the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities
- Welcome pet parents with a warm and professional attitude.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to client inquiries.
- Recommend training programs, daycare, boarding, grooming, and retail products based on each client's needs.
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting.
- Handle client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience every day.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
- Proven sales experience and confidence recommending services and products.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time management.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable handling stressful situations with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- A genuine love for animals and providing exceptional service.
