Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Process transactions accurately through cashiering functions.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals.
- Perform inventory management tasks, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
Experience
Candidates should have a background in retail or customer service, with the following skills preferred:
- Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in technical sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with cashiering processes and basic math for transaction handling.
- Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming environment.
- Ability to upsell products based on customer needs.
- Organizational skills to keep the store tidy and well-stocked.
- A proven track record in sales is advantageous.
- A second language is a strong asset.
