Wrap Maker Responsibilities
● Prepare wraps according to company recipes and portion standards
● Assemble orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining high food quality
● Ensure wraps are neatly prepared, properly labeled, and presented professionally
● Keep the preparation station clean, sanitized, and fully stocked throughout each shift
● Work closely with the grill and front counter teams to ensure orders are completed on time
● Follow all food safety, hygiene, and ingredient handling procedures
● Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude while working efficiently during busy periods
Grill Operator Responsibilities
● Cook chicken, beef, lamb, and other proteins according to company standards
● Season and prepare meats using approved recipes and cooking methods
● Monitor, clean, and maintain grill equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
● Portion grilled items accurately for wraps, platters, and other menu items
● Ensure all food meets quality, consistency, and food safety standards
● Coordinate with the wrap station to ensure timely order preparation
● Keep the grill station organized, clean, and stocked throughout the shift

● Reliable, punctual, and capable of multitasking under pressure
● Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is an asset, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate.
Pay: $15.00 per hour
