Job Description
Sunny Aesthetics Wellness is looking for friendly, professional, and reliable Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) to join our growing team.
We provide a clean, comfortable, and relaxing wellness environment for our clients. We are currently hiring multiple RMTs and welcome both full-time and part-time applicants.
Compensation
55% commission on each massage service provided.
Compensation is based on 55% of the massage service price rather than a fixed hourly rate. Earnings will depend on the number and type of services performed.
100% of tips go directly to the therapist.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional and personalized massage therapy based on each client’s needs.
- Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and concerns.
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and professional treatment environment.
- Follow proper hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Maintain appropriate client and treatment records.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Manage appointments and treatment times responsibly.
- Work together with our team to create a welcoming experience for every client.
Qualifications
- Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).
- Must be eligible to issue massage therapy receipts accepted by applicable insurance providers.
- Professional, friendly, reliable, and responsible.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experienced RMTs and qualified new graduates are both welcome to apply.
