Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Coordinate and oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track shipments, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to streamline distribution processes and improve service levels.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in logistics operations.
- Conduct demand planning to forecast inventory needs and manage sourcing strategies effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and logistics performance metrics.
- Assist in the development and execution of logistics strategies that align with company goals.
- Support warehouse management activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus.
- Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes and best practices.
- Experience with AS400 systems is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and implement solutions for process improvement.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
