Duties
- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client specifications.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' requests and offering professional advice on hair care.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired outcomes and provide recommendations for styles and products.
- Engage in upselling of salon products and services to enhance the client experience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide clients with contemporary options.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist
- Strong knowledge of hair styling techniques, tools, and products.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Effective communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and listen attentively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
