About the Role
As a Door-to-Door Canvasser, you'll go into residential neighborhoods to generate leads for our holiday lighting installation services. You'll gather customer information and enter it into a company-provided tablet. No experience is necessary — we provide full, hands-on training.
Hours are flexible (10–40 hrs/week, you set your own schedule), and this position can lead to advancement into an Estimator or Sales Rep role.
What You'll Do
- Canvass residential neighborhoods door-to-door
- Build rapport quickly and communicate our services clearly
- Collect and input lead information via tablet
- Represent our company with professionalism and energy

Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Cell phone
- Able to commute to/work in Victoria, BC
- Available 10–40 hours/week
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $20–$45/hr (choice of Base Hourly + Commission, or Pure Commission)
- Paid training provided
- Raise after 1 year on the team
