- Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers with technology sales.
- Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding cash management and security.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with technology sales and product demos is advantageous.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Proficient in using POS systems and other retail technology.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
