Di cosa ti occuperai
- Scouting Attivo: Ricerca e selezione di potenziali creator sui principali canali social (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X).
- Outreach & Primo Contatto: Presentazione dei servizi e dei vantaggi offerti dalla nostra agenzia.
- Onboarding: Messa in contatto della creator interessata con la direzione dell'agenzia per la firma del contratto.
Requisiti richiesti
- Ottima capacità di comunicazione, negoziazione e ricerca online.
- Conoscenza delle dinamiche dei social media e delle piattaforme di contenuto.
- Autonomia, determinazione e orientamento ai risultati.
Retribuzione e Benefit
- Commissione del 3% per 6 Mesi: Guadagni il 3% fisso sul fatturato totale generato da ogni creator che porti in agenzia per i suoi primi 6 mesi di attività.
- Esempio: Se la creator generata incassa 10.000 €/mese, tu guadagni 300 €/mese per 6 mesi (Totale: 1.800 € per una singola creator acquisita).
- Lavoro 100% da Remoto: Massima libertà oraria e di gestione del lavoro.
- Supporto Strategico: Forniamo noi tutti i materiali di presentazione, le linee guida di ricerca e il supporto costante.

Our fast-growing OFM (OnlyFans Management) Agency is expanding globally! We are looking for motivated Talent Scouts to identify, pitch, and onboard new creators to our agency roster.
WORK 100% REMOTELY & BUILD A HIGH MONTHLY INCOME!
Responsibilities
- Active Scouting: Identify potential creators across international social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X).
- Outreach & Pitching: Initiate conversations, present the agency’s growth services, and generate strong interest.
- Closing: Connect interested creators with our agency management to finalize the agreement.
Requirements
- Strong communication, persuasion, and online research skills.
- Familiarity with social media trends and creator monetization platforms.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
- 3% Commission for 6 Months: Earn a fixed 3% on the total monthly revenue generated by every creator you onboard, for their first 6 months with the agency.
- Example: If your onboarded creator generates $10,000/month, you earn $300/month for 6 months ($1,800 total payout per creator).
- 100% Remote Work: Complete freedom over your schedule and location.
- Full Agency Support: We provide presentation decks, recruitment guidelines, and ongoing assistance.
