We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales/Customer Service professional to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls to provide exceptional service and support.
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Conduct negotiations to close sales and expand existing accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that attract new clients and retain current ones.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track interactions, update account information, and analyze sales data.
- Support technical sales efforts by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Create and feature videos online for social media marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and brand awareness.
- Assist in business development initiatives by identifying potential markets and customer segments.
- Provide bilingual support in Mandarin to serve diverse client needs when required.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of customer services or sales experience.
- Diploma/ Bachelors degree required.
- Some experience in sales, B2B sales, or technical sales roles.
- Some negotiation and account management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to business development is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple customers simultaneously.
