A local Strata Management company is looking for an upbeat and enthusiastic member to join our team and work in our Kelowna Office!
The successful candidate will be responsible for reception, administrative duties, as well as general office support. This role will be the first line of contact for our clients either in person, on the phone, or by email. This position will also be trained as a junior Administrative Assistant and will be able to provide coverage and extra assistance as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1+ years of reception or administrative experience
- Be able to professionally handle a multi-line switch board
- Have impeccable time management skills
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Be able to problem solve and manage conflict
- Have exceptional computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Be able to take initiative
- Have a friendly and welcoming attitude
Duties & Responsibilities
- Answering incoming phone calls and answering client enquiries or directing them to the appropriate department
- Assisting walk-in traffic
- Facilitate key/fob/parking pass sales
- Managing daily incoming and outgoing mail and end of the day mail drop off
- Update our records and files accordingly
- Scheduling couriers
- Processing payments
- Scanning invoices
- Contacting clients for document signing
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
