We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team that will be responsible for providing towing and recovery services for various towing contracts in St. Andrews and the Interlake in Manitoba, Canada.
Duties
- Must follow all policies and procedures.
- Respond promptly to towing requests.
- Safely operate tow trucks and other equipment to transport vehicles.
- Perform vehicle inspections before and after towing to ensure safety and compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on duty.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license is required
- Towing experience required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to vehicles and towing equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must pass a background check prior to employment.
