Overview
We are seeking skilled Steel Erectors, Welders, and Fabricators to join our team on various construction and manufacturing projects. This role involves working on-site or in-shop to assemble, install, weld and fabricate steel structures and components with precision and adherence to safety standards. Ideal candidates will possess strong technical skills, experience in steel industry. This position offers opportunities to work with advanced tools and techniques, contributing to small to large scale projects that require craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Duties (dependent on position)
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately assemble steel structures.
- Perform welding operations using MIG, FCAW, SMAW.
- Fabricate components from structural steel steel using power tools, hand tools, torch, and other fabrication equipment.
- Operate cranes, forklifts, rigging equipment safely to move materials and assemble steel frameworks.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety protocols during all phases of fabrication and erection activities.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while ensuring quality workmanship.
Qualifications
- Welders - CWB certification
- Fabricators - 2 years experience
- Erectors - Aerial, Fall Pro, Scissor certification

Pay: $40.00-$55.00 per hour
