Job Responsibilities
- Cutting, rolling, and spraying walls, ceilings, and trim
- Surface prep including patching, sanding, and caulking
- Maintaining a clean and safe worksite
- Meeting deadlines while upholding high-quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in painting (new construction preferred)
- Ability to cut clean lines and roll efficiently
- Knowledge of spraying is an asset but not required
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a crew
- Access to own transportation is an asset
Compensation
- $21–$35/hour depending on experience
- Opportunities for advancement to crew lead roles
