Co-operators – Assurances Daniel Lebrun Insurance Inc.
Rockland, Ontario
The Opportunity
This is not a passive insurance servicing role where someone simply waits for phone calls and processes transactions all day.
This is a proactive, relationship-driven insurance position for someone who enjoys working with people, building trust, identifying opportunities, and becoming part of a respected local agency with deep community roots.
If you are bilingual, experienced in general insurance, and looking for a long-term opportunity where client service and growth both matter, this opportunity may align well with your next career move.
Co-operators – Assurances Daniel Lebrun Insurance Inc. services approximately 1,300+ households and has built a strong reputation through responsiveness, professionalism, and long-term client relationships. Clients stay because they trust the people behind the service. The agency operates with a strong client-first mindset while maintaining a collaborative and community-oriented environment.
The office is now hiring an Associate Insurance Specialist following an upcoming retirement. This role is intended for someone who wants to contribute beyond traditional service work. The right person will help strengthen relationships with existing clients while also identifying opportunities to support additional insurance needs across home, auto, commercial, and farm insurance. This is not a fully remote role.
This role combines client service, relationship management, and proactive business development. Servicing clients remains important, but this is not strictly an administrative insurance role. The agency is looking for someone comfortable initiating client reviews, uncovering opportunities, asking thoughtful questions, and contributing to the ongoing growth of the business.
Commercial and farm insurance experience would be considered a strong asset. The agency is also looking for someone who understands the value of community involvement and relationship-building over the long term.
The work environment is independent but supported. Team members are trusted to take ownership of their responsibilities while maintaining strong collaboration and communication within the office. Professionalism, accountability, responsiveness, and follow-through are all important.
